BCTB for Civic Type R (FD2R or FN2R)- With Quality and Finishing that is as good as the Japanese Counterpart (Very Highly Polished Finish)

First, the throttle bodies are dissasembled, that includes all the sensors, motors and all moving parts. The throttle body then goes to the lathe, where it is reworked to enlarge the bore and the opening of the throttle body gets a taper which get rid of flow-limiting ridges. A new bigger butterfly or a custom-fit throttle plate will be made. It is then carefully fitted to the throttle body. Once the proper seal is achieved the throttle body is reassembled.
